Business Broker , you’ll act as the trusted intermediary in business sales and acquisitions. You’ll manage deals from start to finish — working with business owners, buyers, and partners across a variety of industries.

What We’re Looking For

Willing and able to obtain a Wisconsin real estate license (required for this role; support provided during onboarding).

A

self-driven achiever

motivated to succeed and get things done

Someone who connects easily with others and builds strong relationships

Ability to read and work with financial statements (valuation training is provided)

Experience in

sales, business development, finance, real estate, consulting, or entrepreneurship

is beneficial

Bachelor’s or advanced degree encouraged but not required

Confidence with

CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic technology

Strong organization skills and the ability to track multiple deals and clients

A

100% commission-based role
