Role Description This is a contract employment (1099) for a Business Broker located in Deerfield, IL. The Business Broker will be responsible for finding, managing & executing business sales transactions including; facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers, performing business valuations, and providing advisory services. Additional responsibilities include assessing market conditions, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with clients to ensure successful business sales and acquisitions.
100% commission.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Business Brokerage and Brokerage practices
Experience with Business Valuation and understanding of financial analysis
Strong knowledge of Business and Finance principles
Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proven ability in building client relationships and managing confidential transactions
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously
Adaptability to an on-site work environment and local market conditions
Relevant experience or certifications in business brokerage or related fields are a plus
