Kentucky Nonprofit Network is Hiring a Director of Learning & Capacity Kentucky Nonprofit Network seeks a leader who can

design and deliver high-impact learning experiences

for nonprofit professionals across Kentucky - from C-suite, to front-line, to volunteers. This role is for someone who can

connect the dots between what nonprofits need and what actually helps them succeed —and turn that into trainings, convenings, and cohort-based programs that make a difference. This a remote position, based in Louisville, KY requiring 25-30% statewide travel.

What you’ll do:

Lead KNN’s statewide learning strategy and program portfolio

Design and implement trainings, workshops, and leadership programs

Work with facilitators, partners, and nonprofit leaders across the state

Ensure every program is high-quality, relevant, and impactful
