Capital Raising Partner
New Blueprint Partners, LLC, New York, NY, United States
We're looking for someone with strong relationships in the RIA and independent wealth channel to help us grow our investor base.
Responsibilities You’ll own the capital raising function with a focus on RIA firms, wealth managers, and family offices. This is a high-impact seat at a lean, growing firm where your work directly shapes the business.
You will prospect and build relationships with RIA firms and wealth platforms interested in private real estate, manage outreach and CRM pipeline, prepare and deliver investment materials, attend industry events and conferences, and support ongoing investor relations including reporting and distributions.
Qualifications 2-5 years in capital raising, investor relations, or institutional sales (real estate or alternatives preferred). Existing network or proven track record building relationships in the RIA/independent wealth channel. Understanding of private real estate structures — JVs, syndications, fund vehicles. Strong communicator who can speak to both CIOs and individual advisors. Entrepreneurial mindset. Series 7/66 or CFA a plus.
