
Sales Development Representative- EDU Key Accounts

Description
Vector Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Development Representative to support our Key Accounts within the K–12 Education sector. This role focuses exclusively on large school districts (1,500+ employees) serving grades 5–12. This is a fully outbound role designed to break into complex district-level accounts and generate a qualified pipeline for our Enterprise Account Executives. The ideal candidate understands the Education technology landscape, is comfortable navigating district-level decision-makers, and thrives in a strategic, high-volume outbound environment.
What You’ll Do
Execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns targeting large K–12 districts (1,500+ employees)
Develop and manage multi-touch email campaigns using Outreach and Salesforce
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to district-level decision-makers and influencers
Research and identify key stakeholders within targeted school districts
Generate qualified discovery meetings for Enterprise Account Executives
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging to Education-specific initiatives and buying cycles
Track and report all prospecting activity in Salesforce
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation goals
Build awareness and demand within assigned key accounts through consistent outreach
Note This is a 100% outbound role. There will be no inbound lead qualification responsibilities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred
1–3+ years of sales development, business development, or inside sales experience
Experience in Education Technology (EdTech) SaaS strongly preferred
Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting
Strong written communication skills with experience building email campaigns
Ability to navigate complex organizations and identify decision-makers
Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM/engagement tools
Self-starter mentality with strong time management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
