The Role: As one of the most essential contributors to the growing IPPOLITA division, the ideal Regional Brand Manager candidate is a highly motivated jewelry professional with 4+ years of field sales experience. The Regional Brand Manager will demonstrate a sharp business acumen when conducting themselves in the company’s fast paced environment of lucrative deal making. This person is a forward-thinking collaborator in the division and will use their autonomy and skills to optimize the way in which accounts are managed and new accounts are found. The Regional Brand Manager will be based in Florida, supporting the Southeast and other markets as needed. This role will be based out of Florida, remotely supporting operations in New York City. Any applicants should be currently based in Florida. Responsibilities: Develop and strengthen established retail client relationships with management and buyers at independent jewelers Expand brand distribution within sales territory, identifying new accounts and developing the territory Assist sales associates in driving and closing sales Independently implement and manage trunk shows and other special in-store events, partnering with accounts to utilize advertising co-op funds in a manner which most benefits the brand and business Host seasonal market appointments with new and existing accounts Analyze and track sales to achieve monthly goals and “sell in-season receipts” goal Process orders and work with customer service to confirm all orders are properly entered and shipped from end to end Proactively identify both problems and opportunities in partnership with Senior Regional Account Manager Requirements Fine jewelry experience is a plus 4-5+ years in a related jewelry Account Manager or Account Executive role Demonstrate a courteous and client-facing style of professionalism Excellent negotiation and presentation skills required Proficient in MS office; strong Excel skills Self-motivated, independent, and driven Ability to travel 80% of the time with experience managing a travel expense budget and independently planning business travel is required
