
EDI/ERA Enrollment Specialist: I

We Are Seeking a Meticulous And Dedicated EDI/ERA Enrollment Specialist To Join Our Team. The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing And Optimizing The Enrollment Processes Within EDI Clearinghouses Such As Waystar
Key Responsibilities
Complete Registration: Ensure registration is received and completed thoroughly and in a timely manner
Generate and Monitor EDI Agreements: Follow up on agreements to meet specific implementation deadlines
Monitor Accounts: Investigating and resolving enrollment denials, errors, and correspondence with payers
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of the account throughout the enrollment process
Customer Service: Address customer requests in Service Plus for EDI clearinghouse issues, such as but not limited to, setting up new users, adding permission, adding workgroups.
Maintain working knowledge of workflow, systems, and tools used in the department
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
In-depth Knowledge: Understanding of the EDI enrollment process.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Analytical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities
Self‑Motivation: Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team setting

Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Skills
Proficiency in EDI software and clearinghouse platforms (e.g., Availity, Waystar etc.).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
