Key Account Manager – Building & Construction / Distribution | Rolled Aluminium

We are partnering with a leading European producer of high-quality rolled aluminium solutions, supplying performance-driven products to the Building & Construction and Distribution sectors. The organisation is recognised for its industrial expertise, consistent quality, and long-standing customer partnerships across international markets.
This is a highly strategic commercial role with full ownership of a defined regional market.

The mandate
Develop and expand key accounts within the Building & Construction and Distribution segments across Eastern Europe and Germany
Identify and secure new business opportunities through new customers, applications, and product offerings
Drive market penetration and increase share in strategically important territories
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing strategies and long-term supply agreements
Build strong customer relationships and act as the primary commercial interface
Translate market and customer insights into actionable strategies internally
The profile
Proven commercial experience within rolled aluminium or related non-ferrous metals
Strong track record in the Building & Construction and/or Distribution sectors
Solid understanding of manufacturing environments, cost structures, and margin management
Skilled negotiator with a structured, entrepreneurial, and results-driven approach
Experience managing international territories; strong intercultural awareness
Fluent in English and Polish; German is also preferred
