Your role in helping us shape the future: In this position, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will work across multiple teams within the Health Vertical, supporting marketing initiatives for B2B hospital quality products and various marketing needs for the Senior Living team. U.S. News Hospital B2B suite consists of multiple web-based analytics platforms that provide subscribers access to a rich archive of Best Hospitals, Best Regional Hospitals, and Best Children\'s Hospitals rankings data. This B2B solution includes custom visualizations and exportable data sets for internal analyses and strategic planning. The Healthcare Dashboard is a platform designed for hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers to access their rankings and ratings and keep their data current. The Dashboard enables facilities to communicate with U.S. News through a single channel and receive ongoing updates throughout the year. When it comes to Senior Living, we are dedicated to empowering families with expert advice about navigating decisions, offering an intuitive community search experience, and providing objective, unbiased ratings of senior living communities. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a B2B background, strong analytical and storytelling skills, personal drive and entrepreneurial attitude. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work closely with product, sales and account management teams. The candidate must be capable of multitasking, managing time, and working on several initiatives simultaneously. HDI primary responsibilities: Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership: Work with Product, Sales and Account Management to inform go-to-market strategy and product positioning. Sales Enablement: Create the Internal Playbook. Develop pitch decks, case studies and other collateral to empower the sales team through long, multi-stakeholder healthcare sales cycles. Content Strategy & Engagement: Create high-funnel content and engagement strategies, including whitepapers and webinars addressing value drivers for HDI prospects. Demand Generation: Create and execute email marketing campaigns. Engage with clients to generate interest translating to new leads. Conference Planning & Coordination: Manage pre- and post-event logistics for events where HDI has a presence throughout the year. Healthcare Dashboard primary responsibilities: Outreach: Create and execute email campaigns to share U.S. News ranking release updates and other timely communications from the Health team. Communications: Manage the dashboard email inbox daily, field questions and requests, triage emails to other teams and troubleshoot account issues. Cross Team Reporting: Work with Health Product, Health Analysis, PR, Events and Specialty Marketing on an ongoing basis. U.S. News Senior Living primary responsibilities: Outreach and Demand Generation: Create and execute dedicated email campaigns to grow U.S. News Senior Living profiles and promote Best Senior Living. Conference Planning & Coordination: Assist in pre-conference logistics and planning for speaking engagements or sponsorship space. Job Requirements
You should definitely have: Minimum 5 years of similar or related experience in marketing and/or copywriting. Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. Rich sense of customer service and support. Storytelling: proven ability to turn technical language into business value language. High proficiency in Excel. Experience handling high volumes of tasks and initiatives. Preferably experience with health data or in a health-related field. Strong project management skills and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask and work on deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team or independently as needed. It would be nice if you had: Experience working with healthcare including hospitals and/or senior living facilities, health systems and ambulatory surgery centers. Experience working across multiple unique departments and teams. Experience marketing or selling SaaS products, data platforms, or subscription-based services.
