The Role: Build the Future of Data-Driven Investing
We’re looking for an
Investor Relations Specialist (Fractional)
to play a key role in supporting our firm’s fundraising and investor engagement efforts. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep experience in venture capital, private equity, or investor relations who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. What You’ll Do: Investor Communications & Relations:
Develop and execute strategies to engage LPs, analysts, and investors; manage outreach, quarterly reports, and fundraising materials; support investor marketing efforts, including CRM and database management. Event & Stakeholder Management:
Organize investor and analyst events, including conferences and meetings; support due diligence efforts and ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Experience 5+ years of experience in investor relations with a large network of LPs that invest in venture capital. Strong understanding of fundraising processes, LP relations, and capital markets. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into compelling narratives. Proven track record of managing investor communications and executing engagement strategies.
