Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Sales and Business Development, based in Canton, IL, with some flexibility. The Director will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales operations, and developing new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include building and managing customer relationships, developing strategic sales plans, overseeing sales processes, and identifying opportunities for census growth. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external referral sources to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications
Proficient knowledge and experience in Sales operations and Business Development Skills in Sales execution, strategic planning, and delivering measurable results Strong background in revenue production Excellent Customer Service and client relationship management abilities Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Familiarity with the senior living or healthcare industry Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
