What You’d Be Doing In This Role As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At The Moment, This Role Is Focused On

Defining and owning the global field marketing strategy, tightly coupled to Canva's B2B growth priorities – with go‑to‑market motions that move markets, not just fill calendars

Serving as the primary marketing partner and strategic advisor to North America Sales leadership, owning the full‑funnel narrative from demand creation through to revenue impact

Managing, mentoring, and developing a global team of four field marketers and contractors – setting a high bar for strategic thinking, accountability, and craft

Designing and activating bottom‑of‑funnel programs that build new pipeline, accelerate qualified opportunities, and compress deal cycles

Moving beyond activity metrics to tell a clear, credible story about marketing's contribution to revenue – and influencing how the organisation thinks about attribution and investment

Partnering closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to ensure North America field programs are intelligently layered into broader GTM motions – not siloed activities

Managing a global field marketing budget with the discipline of a business owner, making prioritisation decisions that maximise impact and maintain a clear‑eyed view of ROI

Bringing a sharp external perspective on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behaviour that keeps Canva positioned ahead of the market

You're probably a match if

You bring 10‑15+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant time in field, regional, or integrated marketing roles at a high‑growth SaaS company

You've embedded AI tools into marketing workflows to meaningfully accelerate output, sharpen targeting, or surface insights – with tangible results to show for it

You have a demonstrated track record of leading field marketing at scale – building pipeline, influencing revenue, and earning the trust of senior sales partners

You've built and developed high‑performing teams across geographies – you're a leader people want to follow

You have deep fluency in demand generation mechanics, funnel analytics, and marketing attribution – and can hold your own in any conversation with sales, finance, or RevOps

You have the executive presence and credibility to present strategy to C‑suite stakeholders and challenge assumptions with data

You've managed multi‑million dollar budgets and made smart, defensible investment decisions

You have strong instincts for prioritisation in a fast‑moving environment – you know when to move fast and when to slow down and get it right

You have experience with ABM strategy, sponsorships, field event programs, and sales‑aligned campaign design

You have a genuine passion for Canva's mission and a curiosity about how design‑led products change the way teams work

About The Team & Role Canva is looking for a Head of B2B Field Marketing to lead our global field marketing function and be a key architect of how we take Canva to market with our enterprise and commercial customers. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a high‑impact team at one of the world's fastest‑growing Visual AI platforms; sitting at the intersection of revenue and customer experience.

You’ll own the strategy and execution of field marketing globally, leading a team of four senior marketers across regions. You’ll be the primary marketing counterpart to North America Sales leadership, with your team mirroring that alignment in EMEA and APAC. This role reports into CMO of B2B and carries significant influence over pipeline, revenue, and go‑to‑market direction for each business.

The target salary range for this position is $200,000 to $300,000 USD. When calculating offers, we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates' skills and experience.
