Sales Consultant – Kansas City, MO Full-Time | Hybrid | W2 Position | Aspen Contracting

What You Will Do

Generate, nurture, and follow up on leads

Knock doors and canvas neighborhoods

Complete roofing and exterior inspections

Document findings with photos and notes

Present estimates and review scopes of work

Guide homeowners through retail and insurance processes

Execute agreements and contingencies

Attend build days as the homeowner’s main contact

Collect payments

Request reviews and referrals

Maintain accurate CRM documentation

Compensation & Support This is a W2 commission-based position.

No cap on commissions

Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Ability to pass a background check

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work in a hybrid field and office/remote environment
