to oversee the seamless coordination and execution of weddings, galas, conventions, and meetings. Senior Event Manager Requirements

Minimum 4 years of Resort Catering/Event Management experience

High School Diploma required; college degree preferred

Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and revenue management

Proficiency in event management systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and basic AV knowledge

Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop team members

Senior Event Manager Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute weddings, galas, conventions, and meetings while maintaining profitability

Lead BEO meetings and serve as primary contact for high-profile clients

Coordinate cross-departmental logistics, guest room blocks, and vendor partnerships

Prepare and manage event documentation including event orders and setup diagrams

Conduct pre- and post-event meetings; ensure client satisfaction and timely follow-up
