The Opportunity Join a leading middle-market M&A and private equity platform handling billions in sponsor-driven transactions annually. This is a core strategic practice with strong deal flow, embedded specialist support, and a focus on scaling partner practices.
What You Will Do
Lead private equity and M&A transactions including LBOs, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and divestitures
Advise private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and strategic buyers
Serve as lead relationship partner or senior deal counsel
Drive deal execution and manage multi-lawyer teams
Originate and grow sponsor-driven client relationships
What We Are Looking For
10+ years of experience in private equity and M&A
Strong background in middle-market, sponsor-driven transactions
Portable book of business of at least $3M (ideally $4M+)
Experience leading complex transactions and managing client relationships
Commercial, business-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience
LBOs, platform and add-on acquisitions
Sponsor-side private equity work
Experience in healthcare, sports, or business services sectors
