A dynamic and innovative San Diego-based healthcare startup specializing in providing remote patient monitoring solutions for chronic diseases is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive. The Sr. Account Executive will join an expanding sales team and be responsible for driving the adoption of a cutting-edge medical technology solutions within the physician community. You will identify, engage, and convert potential physician clinics to the company’s SaaS and hardware solutions for long-term client satisfaction. We are ideally seeking to meet with candidates that have extensive experience selling into practices with 15-30 providers or more via outbound activity. Leadership growth opportunities available for the right candidate. This position is hybrid and requires some in-office time. Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage prospective physician clinics. Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed financial targets. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, including physicians and their staff. Clearly communicate the value proposition the company’s solutions, emphasizing physician benefits and improved patient outcomes Track and analyze sales metrics throughout the sales process. Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage the sales pipeline and track client interactions. Qualifications:
4 to 8 or more years of quota-exceeding sales experience, ideally selling SaaS or tech-enabled services into physician practices. Experience selling against well-known industry solutions in practice management, patient intake, engagement, RPM, or CCM. Executive-level communication skills and the ability to lead high-stakes conversations with physicians and C-suite leaders. Strong organizational and pipeline management skills. Ability to link features to revenue growth and cost savings for clients. Benefits:
