Customer Marketing Programs Manager

The Customer Marketing Program Manager at Q2 plays a pivotal role in driving customer adoption, retention, and revenue expansion across the company’s product portfolio. Working cross‑functionally with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Advocacy, Sales, and Integrated Marketing, the manager develops targeted, insight‑driven initiatives that elevate customer experience and influence key outcomes such as product adoption, renewal success, and expansion opportunities.

Typical Day

Develop and execute product marketing and distribution programs tailored to targeted channels and customer segments.

Create and implement marketing strategies, assets, and campaigns for partners, including resellers, system integrators, VARs, OEMs, and others.

Champion and evangelize product distribution objectives within the organization and across partner networks.

Design and manage partner‑focused events, conferences, webinars, and meetings to strengthen engagement and drive alignment.

Collaborate with digital marketing teams to tailor online promotional efforts and messaging for specific channel partners.

Establish and implement KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of channel programs and quantify revenue impact.

Oversee day‑to‑day execution of channel marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance optimization.

Work closely with sales, product, and partner teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

What We're Looking For

Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field and 2‑4 years of related experience.

2+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or related roles within a B2B or tech environment.

Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including resellers, VARs, OEMs, and distributors.

Proven ability to design, execute, and optimize multi‑channel marketing programs.

Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools is a plus.

Fluent written and oral communication in English.
