$65,000 - $80,000 base salary + $2,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly based on KPI attainment)

Job Description The Salesforce Administrator supports the buildout, configuration, and ongoing administration of the Salesforce platform while partnering with internal teams to improve system adoption, automation, and reporting.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, automation, and workflows
Configure Salesforce objects, page layouts, validation rules, and system settings
Support the ongoing Salesforce implementation and platform buildout
Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and access controls
Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and respond to internal support requests
Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
Assist with data management including imports, updates, and data quality initiatives
Support internal Salesforce training and user adoption efforts
Assist with testing, sandbox environments, and system updates
Document system configurations and administrative processes
Requirements Must-Haves
1-3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Salesforce as an Administrator or similar role
Strong experience building
Salesforce Flows and automation
within the Salesforce UI
Experience configuring Salesforce objects, page layouts, and validation rules
Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
Ability to troubleshoot and support Salesforce users
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Active familiarity with
Salesforce Trailhead and Trailhead playground environments
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with
CRM Analytics (CRMA)
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201)
Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or platform rollouts
Experience with sandbox testing, UAT, and deployment processes
Experience with data imports, de‑duplication, and data governance initiatives
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
