Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget.
Research, plan, and book customized travel experiences, including accommodations, flights, activities, and dining.
Manage reservations, updates, and cancellations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Provide expert recommendations on destinations, travel requirements, and current deals.
Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through the end of each trip.
Stay informed on industry trends, supplier updates, and special promotions.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail with solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Comfortable using technology and open to learning (training provided).
Experience in travel, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but not required.
