Principal Cybersecurity Architect

Principal Cybersecurity Architect - New York | Hybrid | $250–300K OTE) We’re looking for a senior cybersecurity leader to act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, supporting both pre-sales and delivery across enterprise client engagements. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will: • Partner with sales and solution teams to design, scope, and position cybersecurity solutions across hardware, software, professional services, and managed services • Act as a strategic advisor, guiding customers and internal teams on modern security architecture and best practices • Provide technical leadership and escalation support to ensure secure, scalable, and well-architected implementations • Stay ahead of industry trends and shape security strategy, partner ecosystems, and solution direction • Engage directly with enterprise clients to influence cybersecurity roadmaps and risk posture We’re looking for someone with: • Strong knowledge of risk, compliance, and governance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.) • Proven experience working with enterprise vendors (e.g. Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, CyberArk) • A consultative mindset with the ability to bridge technical, business, and security stakeholders • Experience acting as a client-facing cybersecurity advisor or architect What’s on offer: • Hybrid working (NY/NJ metro) • High visibility, strategic role with real influence • Opportunity to shape and grow a cybersecurity practice within a global organisation If you’re a senior cybersecurity architect who thrives in client-facing, solution-driven environments, we’d love to connect.
