We’re looking for motivated, people-focused Sales Representatives ready to build something from the ground up. This is a chance to grow alongside a new franchise location backed by a nationally proven system.

Our Step-Up Success Path Stage 1 – Learn the System (No Commitment)
Complete our online training modules to understand our process.
Get exposure to our sales tools, pricing model, and customer flow.
Stage 2 – Corporate Virtual Sales Training ($500 Stipend)
Attend a certified Four-Day Virtual Corporate Sales Training (Mon–Thu, 9 AM–3:30 PM EST).
Receive a $500 stipend upon successful completion of the training.
Training is led directly by Five Star Bath Solutions’ corporate sales trainers and includes certification in our national process.
Master software tools like One Click Contractor and our design workflow.
Stage 3 – Launch
Start running real homeowner appointments based on your schedule.
You’ll begin part-time so you can build confidence and income before going full-time — most of our top salespeople started the same way.

Compensation Commission-only with $500 virtual training completion stipend.
Top junior reps in similar markets earn $4,000–$6,500/month once established.
