Marketing Manager – Customer Lifecycle
This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.
Summary This role supports the Customer Lifecycle team in driving acquisition and activation across multiple Services within a large organization. The Marketing Manager will execute on-device and email campaigns that fuel growth through innovative marketing strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
Our Ideal Candidate
7+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or acquisition marketing
Passion for entertainment and pop culture with a strong foundation in campaign strategy and performance marketing
Proficient in Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Word, and Excel, with strong project management and organizational skills
Familiar with email marketing, in-app messaging, segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalization strategies
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional partners including Strategy, Creative, Legal, PR, and Talent teams
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional presentation abilities and attention to detail
Proactive self-starter who anticipates team needs and navigates ambiguity effectively
Job Description In this role, you will drive acquisition and retention marketing through coordinated campaigns across email and in-app messaging channels. You’ll partner with Strategy, Creative, Legal, PR, Talent, and other cross-functional teams to execute multi-channel campaigns that align with broader business goals. This includes leveraging segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalization; managing timelines and workflows; maintaining campaign trackers and reporting materials; and ensuring marketing assets are reviewed and approved for partner use.
You will also support campaign intake, manage change requests, conduct creative reviews (including production testing and UAT screenshots/videos), and provide ad-hoc line-of-business support as needed. Additionally, you will gather and analyze post-promotion metrics to measure success and share insights with internal stakeholders to inform optimization and future strategy.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Background in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
Experience working in entertainment, media, or subscription-based services environments preferred
Additional Requirements This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work.
Compensation The pay for this W-2 position is $82.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked.
