SMB Account Executive - New York (Remote)
$85K-$100K + commission Must be based within commuting distance of NYC (NY, NJ, CT area)

out-of-home advertising space
- delivering campaigns in high-visibility, real-world environments
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and owning a territory in a competitive, client-facing role.
What you'll be doing New business & pipeline growth
Prospect, qualify, and close SMB clients
Respond to inbound leads while building your own outbound pipeline
Identify and pursue key accounts in the NYC market
Campaign creation & pitching
Develop tailored advertising proposals
Run outreach campaigns (email sequences, prospecting strategies, etc.)
Spot cross-sell opportunities across markets
Account ownership
Manage and grow existing client relationships
Partner with internal teams to deliver smooth campaign execution
Keep clients engaged, supported, and coming back
Networking & market presence
Attend local events, meetups, and industry gatherings
Build strong relationships across agencies and local businesses
Represent the business within the NYC market
Pipeline & CRM management
Track activity and manage your pipeline in HubSpot
Maintain accurate forecasting and sales reporting
Stay organised and on top of your numbers
What we're looking for A true hunter mentality
You enjoy prospecting, outreach, and closing deals
You're self-driven and take ownership of your pipeline
Sales experience
2-4 years in B2B sales
Experience in media or out-of-home advertising is a plus
Comfortable with face-to-face selling and client presentations
Market familiarity
Based in/around New York with a local network or willingness to build one

HubSpot (or similar CRM)
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills
