WSI Europe is expanding its sales team and looking for a Sales Director Europe to drive growth across strategic markets.

Your Responsibilities

Develop sales strategy across Europe

Build relationships with key clients (refineries, EPC contractors)

Manage pipeline and forecasts (CRM/ERP)

Lead regional sales managers

Support technical proposals with Engineering & Field teams

Negotiate contracts and close deals

Work closely with Field Execution and Welding Managers

Requirements

Experience in technical B2B sales in heavy industry (welding, maintenance, EPC, oil & gas, power, WTE)

Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles, ideally within industrial or field services sectors (min. 5 years)

Strong background in project management, financial analysis, and cost optimization

Effective leadership, team development, and cross-functional communication skills

Strong network in European industrial sector

Ability to understand technical scopes

Experience with international projects

Fluent English (min. C1), knowledge of other language will be of advantage

Nice to have: IWE / engineering background
