You’ll be the trusted tax advisor to the firm’s most complex clients — UHNW individuals and families navigating intricate entity structures, multi-generational wealth transfer, and sophisticated philanthropic strategies. You’ll review and sign returns across individual, trust, gift, corporate, and partnership structures, lead tax planning engagements, and serve as a strategic partner to the wealth advisory team. You’ll also mentor junior tax professionals and help raise the bar for the whole team. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
10+ years of tax experience, ideally in public accounting with UHNW or family office clients CPA, JD, MS, or LLM required Deep expertise across individual, trust, gift, corporate, and partnership taxation Experience with wealth transfer strategies, family businesses, and philanthropic planning Exceptional client communication — you can make complex tax concepts feel clear and actionable BENEFITS HIGHLIGHTS
Full medical, dental, and vision coverage $180,000 – $225,000 base salary + incentive compensation program Full medical, dental, and vision coverage Mostly remote work (CA residents only) HSA with company contributions 401(k) with per-paycheck company match 14 paid holidays including a full week off at Thanksgiving Generous PTO 8 weeks paid parental leave Company-paid concierge services for family care (children, aging parents, and more) ** We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.
