Reports to: Director of Marketing with direct connections to our Head of Sales Europe / International
Desired start date: ASAP
Your Challenge at Wire As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for generating qualified pipeline through structured outbound engagement. You are the first commercial touchpoint and play a key role in identifying real business risk, qualifying opportunities, and positioning Wire effectively.
Execute outbound prospecting across target accounts
Run structured multi‑channel sequences (calls, email, LinkedIn) with persistence
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives with clear context and next steps
Engage senior stakeholders (CISO, CIO, Head of IT) on topics like security, compliance, and sovereignty
Identify and validate key use cases (e.g. GDPR, crisis communication, shadow IT replacement)
Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce) and track activities and outcomes
Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead follow‑up
Continuously refine outreach based on performance and feedback
Your Profile
1+ years experience as SDR, outbound sales, or high‑activity customer‑facing roles
Proven track record of hitting activity and meeting targets
Strong cold outreach experience (especially phone)
Experience with multi‑channel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn)
Ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders
Fluent in English and German
Desirable qualifications:
Experience in B2B SaaS environments
Exposure to cybersecurity, compliance, or IT‑related topics
Experience selling into regulated industries (e.g. public sector, finance, legal, or critical infrastructure)
Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC, BANT, or similar
