Cloud‑agnostic, API‑based architecture

Modular benefit design, real‑time claims adjudication, data streaming, and event‑driven processing

Ability to unify disparate systems and reduce inefficient operations

Plug‑and‑play integration and self‑service capabilities These features reflect the platform’s ability to overcome legacy PBM system limitations.

Work closely with product, engineering, and operational teams to ensure the platform is positioned accurately and effectively.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

Maintain strong knowledge of market competitors, including:

Major PBMs who dominate the claims processing market—CVS Caremark, Express Scripts, and OptumRx, which collectively process ~80% of pharmacy claims.

PBM software innovators like Capital Rx (JUDI platform) and RxLogic, which emphasize cloud‑native adjudication, transparency, and independence.

Use competitive insights to differentiate DomainRx’s independence, scalability, transparency, and modern claims infrastructure.

Stakeholder Engagement

Engage effectively with PBM and health plan stakeholders, including: CIO/CTO, VP of Pharmacy or PBM Operations, VP of Claims, Clinical Program Leaders, Actuarial Teams, and Product/Innovation Executives.

Lead executive‑level discussions on benefit configuration, adjudication logic, accumulator management, network strategies, and payer‑pharmacy integration workflows.

Partner with marketing, technical solutions, implementation, and pharmacy operations teams to support sales motions and successful client onboarding.

Provide structured feedback to product teams based on market trends and prospect requirements.
