Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Our client, a prominent mid-size law firm in NYC, seeks an experienced commercial real estate attorney for a temporary assignment expected to last for 6 months. Hourly rate is $125-$175/hr, depending on experience. Attorneys must have at least 5 years of experience in a sophisticated real estate practice representing clients in purchases, sales, JVs, and borrower side financings. Commercial leasing experience is a plus. This position is hybrid, with at least 2 days in the office per week required during the assignment. The firm is located in midtown.
