Job Description
Role Overview
The Director of Strategic Programs will lead cross‑functional initiatives that accelerate go‑to‑market readiness, scale New Product Introductions (NPI), and optimize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) across the portfolio. This role connects product strategy to execution—driving alignment between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure new offerings launch predictably, scale effectively, and evolve successfully across their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
Drive the strategic programs office within the Product organization, ensuring portfolio‑level visibility and execution of critical NPI and GTM scaling initiatives. Lead end‑to‑end program governance for major launches and lifecycle updates, including business case alignment, readiness tracking, and post‑launch performance reviews. Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to define launch readiness criteria, success metrics, and integrated go‑to‑market plans. Establish and continuously improve the Product Lifecycle Management framework—from incubation through launch, scale, sustain, and end‑of‑life. Facilitate executive operating cadences (steering committees, launch reviews, quarterly business reviews) to ensure alignment on priorities, milestones, and outcomes. Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to measure go‑to‑market velocity, adoption, and lifecycle performance KPIs. Drive process improvements that enhance product scalability and operational excellence across all product lines. Serve as the connective tissue between product strategy and GTM teams to ensure decisions are data‑driven and customer‑informed. Manage cross‑functional risk escalations and proactively identify dependencies that impact release timelines or commercial success. Required Experience
10+ years of experience in product strategy, product operations, or program leadership within a SaaS or technology organization. Proven track record driving complex, cross‑functional product launches and lifecycle programs at scale. Deep understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (from ideation through EOL) and GTM processes for SaaS or platform products. Demonstrated success aligning product, marketing, sales, and enablement around shared launch and scaling metrics. Experience establishing or maturing NPI frameworks and governance mechanisms across global organizations. Strong understanding of SaaS business models, including ARR/CARR metrics, adoption drivers, and customer lifecycle motions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and align senior leaders across functions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. We Focus on Our Mission
Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers. Our vision was clear: to unify fragmented teams, tools and data—helping large organizations build deeper, more meaningful connections with the people they serve. Today, Sprinklr has a unified, AI‑native platform for four product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Marketing, and Sprinklr Insights. We work to lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Unified-CXM. We empower companies to deliver next‑generation, unified engagement journeys that reimagine the customer experience. We create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability. We Believe in Our Product
Customers who value exceptional customer experiences have everything they need on our single unified platform, built with an operating system approach on a single codebase. That means that everything—and everyone—can work together to service, respond, sell, and market to customers on the channels they prefer. Unified-CXM is just getting started, and we are on our way to creating a no‑compromise, unified approach to better customer experiences for the world’s leading enterprise brands. We Invest in Our People
We offer a comprehensive suite of benefits designed to help each member of our team thrive. This includes voluntary healthcare coverage where applicable, paid time off, flexible leave options, and an open mentoring program to support growth and career development. Employees in the US are eligible for 401(k) with full company match, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and other competitive benefits. EEO Statement
