Platform Associate - Subnet Partnerships

About the Role The Platform Associate will partner closely with the Director of Program Management to execute and expand the value‑added services provided to teams participating in the Yuma Subnet Accelerator. This cross‑functional, relationship‑driven role supports founders, engineering teams, community members, and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and highly personable, with a passion for helping teams succeed. You’ll coordinate support across marketing and communications, community access, engineering, and operations — while ensuring all activities are tracked, measured, and communicated clearly.
Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing and amplification support for subnet teams — ensuring content, announcements, and promotional requests are organized, tracked, and executed effectively.
Maintain and distribute standardized support documentation, FAQs, templates, and playbooks to streamline routine subnet interactions.
Manage timely communication with subnet teams, responding to emails promptly and maintaining a professional, clear line of support.
Facilitate investor, partner, and community introductions by maintaining organized contact lists and driving timely strategic outreach.
Connect subnet teams with relevant Yuma engineers to address technical questions, resolve blockers, and support product development.
Build trust and rapport with founders, serving as their primary point of contact for platform resources.
Assist subnet teams in accessing curated vendor deals and proactively identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to expand the marketplace.
Track all value‑added service activities, ensuring each interaction is logged, measurable, and demonstrates partnership value.
Produce monthly internal platform support updates summarizing activities, key metrics, outcomes, and upcoming priorities.
Leverage agentic workflows and automation opportunities to drive greater efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or equivalent practical experience.
1–3 years of experience in program operations, customer success, platform management, or similar functions.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional email etiquette and timely follow-through.
People‑first mindset with ability to build trust and rapport across diverse stakeholders.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and reliable in execution.
Comfortable thriving in fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Experience with developer ecosystems or startup acceleration programs.
Experience in blockchain, decentralized infrastructure, or AI technologies.
Background in early-stage startups or fast-scaling technology environments.
