Creative Project Manager, Digital Marketing
Pay Rate: $45–$50 per hour. Duration: 3 months to start. Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite/Hybrid). Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Must be able to go onsite at least once per month, possibly more.
About The Role We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Manager to support digital and marketing teams from project kickoff through final delivery. This role works closely with E-commerce and Brand Marketing to keep projects on track in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage creative and digital projects (campaigns, email, e-commerce, social, events) from start to finish.
Turn campaign goals into clear project plans with timelines and ownership.
Review project briefs for clarity and alignment.
Identify risks, resource gaps, and timeline issues early.
Maintain timelines, workflows, and documentation.
Track progress in project management tools and provide updates.
Facilitate team collaboration and manage shifting priorities.
Lead review and approval processes and ensure timely sign-off.
Qualifications
3–4+ years of project management experience in creative, digital, or marketing environments.
3–5+ years in Consumer Product Goods (personal care, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, etc.).
Strong understanding of creative workflows (design, copy, email, web, paid media).
Experience with DAM systems (Bynder preferred) and PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira).
Experience supporting product launches end-to-end.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused.
