Top reps generate $1.5M–$3M+ annually – earning $150K–$300K+.
What You’ll Do
Run company-provided leads + generate your own opportunities
Conduct in-home consultations and close standby generator systems
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Build referral networks and maintain a strong pipeline
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in high-ticket sales
Driven, self-starter mindset
Strong communication and closing skills
Comfortable in a commission-only structure
Compensation & Schedule
100% commission (uncapped)
$150K–$300K+ realistic earnings
Field-based role with flexible schedule
Availability for 1–2 Saturdays/month based on demand
