
Sales Trainer

ABOUT THE ROLE
Window World of Houston is seeking a high-energy, servant-minded Sales Trainer to join our leadership team. This is not a 9-to-5 position. Our sales operation runs six days a week, and the right candidate understands that availability, presence, and consistency are what separate good trainers from great ones.
You will be the cornerstone of our sales team's development - coaching, motivating, and equipping our in-home sales consultants with the skills, mindset, and tools needed to perform at the highest level. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Performance Bonus Opportunity based on team sales results and training milestones

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, deliver, and continuously improve in-home sales training programs
Onboard and develop new sales consultants from day one through full ramp-up
Conduct field ride-alongs, role plays, and live coaching sessions
Monitor individual and team performance metrics; identify gaps and implement corrective training
Foster a positive, motivated, and accountable sales culture
Partner with leadership to align training strategy with company growth goals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and competitive positioning
Be available and accessible across the six-day sales week, including evenings as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS – REQUIRED
Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of measurable results
Deep, working knowledge of in-home selling techniques and elevated sales methodology
Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsPatient, attentive listener who connects genuinely with people at all levels
A naturally motivating, energetic personality that lifts the room
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through and accountability
Proven ability to teach complex material in accessible, engaging ways
Positive, optimistic outlook - a glass-half-full mindset, every single day
QUALIFICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS – PREFERRED
Experience in the home improvement or home services industry
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales technology tools
Prior experience training or managing a sales team of 5+ reps
