This full-time in-person role is responsible for the servicing of new and existing accounts in Youngs Commercial Lines Department. The ideal candidate will be RIBO licensed and have a minimum of 3‑5 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Salary commensurate with experience $60K – $70K.
Assertive, highly motivated team players with initiative possess the ability to manage multiple priorities. They provide the best service to satisfy clients’ needs and expectations, and can multi‑task, stay organized, and communicate effectively while working closely with senior brokers to expand commercial knowledge.

Insurance industry knowledge/experience
License/Certification
RIBO License
Knowledge & Qualifications
Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
Commitment to positive team dynamic
Excellent time management and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to respond to time-sensitive deadlines
Experience on SigXP and/or Epic is an asset
CIP or CAIB designation (or working towards) is an asset
