As a Business Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving go-to-market strategies and elevating brand positioning across institutional and enterprise audiences. You will work closely with business development teams to design and execute high-impact co-marketing initiatives, partnerships, and campaigns. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, requiring you to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives. You will own key marketing assets, optimize performance through data‑driven insights, and build scalable marketing frameworks. Operating in a fast‑paced, emerging technology environment, you’ll collaborate globally and manage multiple stakeholders. Accountabilities

Drive end-to-end execution of business marketing initiatives aligned with high-priority deals and partnerships

Identify and develop co-marketing opportunities, building and managing integrated campaign plans

Lead go-to-market activations with external partners, including co-branded campaigns, announcements, and events

Own and develop key marketing assets such as newsletters, sales materials, and positioning content for institutional audiences

Track performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies based on data insights

Manage multiple cross-regional workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and clear stakeholder communication

Act as the main liaison between marketing and external partners to strengthen collaboration and outcomes

Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, product marketing, or ecosystem marketing within SaaS, emerging tech, or similar industries

Proven experience executing co-marketing programs and managing external partnerships

Strong ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling narratives for business audiences

Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns

Familiarity with AI tools and ability to leverage automation for marketing efficiency

High level of autonomy, initiative, and problem-solving capability in fast-paced environments

Understanding of the crypto and broader technology ecosystem; experience in crypto-native environments is a plus

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage global stakeholders
