We’re seeking a relationship-driven frontline fundraiser to help grow our impact. You’ll work closely with the Executive Director to identify, cultivate, and steward donors, with a focus on building a strong mid-level portfolio ($1K–$25K). What You'll Do

Build and manage a strong donor pipeline Develop and execute cultivation & stewardship strategies Serve as an ambassador for ICRF’s mission Drive fundraising plans to meet revenue goals Identify new donor markets Support events that generate engagement and revenue What We're Looking For

5+ years of fundraising experience Proven success securing 5- and 6-figure gifts Strong ability to move donors from cultivation to close Familiarity with the Jewish philanthropic community and/or Israel (preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills 403(b) with match Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter to: resumes@icrfonline.org
