Primary Objective The
Sales Consultant
is responsible for selling Envera's proprietary sales solutions to prospective customers, including Boards of Homeowners Associations (HOAs), Condominium Associations, and Community Development Districts. This role focuses on building relationships, presenting tailored solutions, and guiding prospective clients through the sales process while representing Envera's products and brand with professionalism and integrity.
Remote, territory‑based new business development role responsible for generating net‑new revenue.
This position requires regular travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with prospects and customers on‑site.
Responsibilities
Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers and existing customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization
Call on existing and prospective customers by telephone and in‑person visits and presentations
Conduct fact‑finding site walks and meetings to determine the willingness and qualification of prospective prospects
Establish timelines, decision makers, and decision‑making process for each opportunity
Research sources to develop prospective customers and determine their potential
Develop clear and effective written communication for current and prospective customers
Expedite the resolution of customer concerns or issues as they arise
Regularly communicate with management and peers regarding customer needs, concerns, and interests through written reports, emails, etc.
Prepare detailed reports of daily activity through the company's CRM
Keep abreast of product applications, technical abilities, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional materials available through internal and external sources
Participate in tradeshows, conventions, after‑hours networking functions, and board meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience
Consultative, value‑based sales approach
Strong presenter and independent thinker, driven by results with self‑motivation and exceptional problem‑solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication
Computer proficiency (MS Office, contact management software)
Ability to travel throughout territory as needed
Valid driver's license
