Our client, a well-regarded public accounting firm, is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join their team. This role offers a flexible hybrid model (only 3 days in-office) and the chance to work on high-impact client engagements in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding client service and communication
Direct staff accountants as part of a client engagement team
Review programs to ensure assignments are accomplished within the budgeted time
Review work papers for accuracy and completeness
Review financial statements for suitability of presentation and adequacy of disclosures
Develop spreadsheet analysis (trial balance, reconciliations, etc.) for special projects, and more
Conduct accounting compilations and reviews
Business tax return preparation as part of audit engagements
Qualifications
3+ years of external audit experience in public accounting
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA license or progress toward completion preferred
Solid knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience with non‑profits is a plus

Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
