National Sales Representative
– Simon Roofing is seeking driven individuals for a remote, work‑from‑home position. Candidates should have at least 2 years of outside sales experience and a strong desire for professional development. This role offers uncapped bonus potential and advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify National Account opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service throughout the U.S.
Provide consultative roofing service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship‑building efforts.
Organize and execute targeted programs and communications to reinforce the value propositions of Simon Roofing.
Job Requirements
Able and willing to work remote (from home).
A degree focusing on Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or Marketing is preferred.
At least 2 years of outside sales experience. (Roofing experience not required).
Cold calling/prospecting experience.
Customer service oriented.
Travel, as required, to prospect customer offices/sites and assist senior sales representatives to secure new business, make presentations, conduct negotiations, and maintain customer relations.
Ability to climb up and down ladders to rooftops and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet.
Team‑oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self‑motivated, with a business development mindset.
Strong skills in organization, active listening, and sales closing.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must pass a pre‑employment drug test and background screening.
Authorized to work in the US.
