Sales Manager - Client Experience: Fit City Adventures
Fit City Adventures is growing fast — and we’re hiring a Client Experience Manager to help companies level up their culture with unforgettable wellness and teambuilding experiences.
If you love meeting people, creating connections, and selling in a fun, consultative way, this role is for you. Sell experiences people love — and feel good doing it.
What You’ll Do:
Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients
Prospect daily and generate new opportunities
Lead client calls and match them with the perfect experiences
Pitch our wellness & teambuilding menu with energy
Close business to help hit our annual revenue goal
Represent Fit City at meetings, events & activations (some travel)
What You Bring:
3–5+ years in sales, client experience, partnerships, or BD in the event planning and hospitality field, DMC experience preferred
Proven success generating pipeline and exceeding goals
Confident, outgoing, relationship-driven personality
Strong communication and presentation skills
Passion for wellness, events, movement, or hospitality
