Role Description Polymer Dynamics is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for a full‑time hybrid role flexible for remote work. The Senior Sales Engineer will support the sales process by providing technical expertise, liaising between clients and internal teams, and delivering tailored solutions for customer needs. Responsibilities include conducting technical product presentations, addressing client inquiries, offering pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support, and cultivating long‑term relationships with key accounts.
Qualifications
Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with a strong ability to bridge technical details and client needs
Demonstrated experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on fostering client relationships and closing deals
Excellent Communication skills to deliver clear, impactful technical presentations and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Strong problem‑solving abilities and adaptability to manage client challenges and unique requirements
Knowledge of injection molding, manufacturing processes, or materials science is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field is preferred
