Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as Property Manager and provide support to two managing partners. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless daily personal operations and managing executive priorities. The ideal candidate will bring extensive property management experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple properties, including maintenance coordination, vendor management, and tenant relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for property-related issues, ensuring timely resolution
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and personal errands for partners as needed
Manage household and property staff, including hiring, scheduling, and supervision
Handle bill payments, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting for properties
Assist with special projects, events, and day-to-day operational needs
Provide high-level administrative support to two firm partners, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of property management experience (required)
Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) required
Proven experience supporting senior executives or high‑level professionals
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
Flexible schedule, with availability outside standard business hours as needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation: $25 to $35 per hour
