About The Sales Development Representative MarketStar is looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our high‑performing sales team for one of the largest tech multinationals. This is an opportunity to be part of a super interesting journey, at the forefront of the latest technology and work with one of the top three companies in the world!
Location: Hybrid, Leopardstown, Dublin 18 (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in office)
What will you do?
Manage a book of warm hand raiser leads to stage of a sales qualification for handover to a field sales representative.
Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn with the power of the Google brand behind you.
Explore new business opportunities within certain target industries and personas.
Create lasting and beneficial relationships with Google stakeholders.
Present product value to potential clients.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and enterprise sales team.
Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Achieve established sales goals and objectives.
Learn and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Fluent in French and English (speak, read, and write)
Highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Business Development or sales experience (SaaS experience preferable)
Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions-oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience
CRM, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO and other sales tech stack experience preferred.
Tech savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology.
Experience self-prospecting leads and building your own pipeline

The pay for this position is base salary per annum of €35,000 with an additional variable bonus component of €5,000. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
