Responsibilities include prospecting new leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining customer records, and meeting sales goals. The role requires consistent communication with homeowners to guide them through re‑roofing options and financing plans. This is a W2 role with benefits and paid training.
Qualifications
Proven sales skills with a focus on customer consultation and relationship‑building
Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, time management, and record‑keeping abilities
Familiarity with CRM software and basic proficiency in digital tools
Results‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity
Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
