Job Overview

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to drive Jetpac’s paid growth engine across digital channels. This role demands someone who’s equally data-obsessed and creative, hands-on with campaign execution, but also strategic enough to shape the direction of our growth. You’ll manage a significant performance marketing budget, experiment aggressively, and unlock new levels of scale and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute a high-impact performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, programmatic, and other key channels Own customer acquisition metrics—CAC, ROAS, CPA, CVR, retention—and continuously optimize for them Run full-funnel campaigns for different user cohorts, geographies, and product lines Scale campaigns profitably with a data-driven mindset while managing channel-specific budgets

Campaign Management

Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across platforms, audiences, creatives, and geos Set up robust tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure (with help from analytics if needed) Run rigorous A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages Constantly identify new growth channels

Data & Analytics

Define and track KPIs across the funnel (impressions to repeat purchases) Leverage tools like GA4, Mixpanel and Looker/Data Studio for performance insights Use data to craft compelling narratives around what's working, what’s not, and what’s next Coordinate with BI and product teams to close the loop on post-click behavior

Creative & Messaging

Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives Develop localized messaging strategies per region or audience segment Stay on top of platform-specific creative trends and adapt accordingly

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with product, lifecycle, KOL/affiliate, and brand teams to align on campaigns and goals Work with CRM to create multi-touch journeys (ad + email + in-app) Align with the customer support team to understand friction points and improve targeting

Reporting & Optimization

Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights Present learnings, growth hypotheses, and experiment roadmaps to leadership Maintain clear documentation on campaigns, experiments, and key decisions

Requirements

4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing Proven experience scaling acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google and other major platforms Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Deep understanding of campaign performance metrics and attribution models Experience managing multi-country or multi-lingual campaigns is a big plus Strong analytical skills and fluency with ad platforms and data tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in a tech startup or high-growth DTC brand Background in travel, telecom, or fintech verticals is a strong plus Familiarity with eSIM or digital telco space is a bonus

Desired Skills

Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360 Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker Knowledge of creative performance analysis and storytelling through data Familiarity with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Branch, or Adjust Growth mindset with a passion for experimentation and iteration Ability to think like a performance marketer and a product manager
