Field Sales Manager

to lead a field sales team and drive market growth in California. This role is ideal for a strong outside sales professional with field leadership experience who can lead from the front, coach effectively, and help elevate performance in a defined territory.

This position combines hands‑on market presence with leadership, accountability, and a strong focus on execution. You will work closely with construction and design professionals while helping drive territory performance, field activity, and overall sales momentum.

The

Field Sales Manager

will be responsible for growing a defined Los Angeles territory and leading a team of Field Sales Reps located throughout California. This is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable in a fast‑moving environment and can balance personal sales contribution with coaching and day‑to‑day market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of Field Sales Representatives to exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Contribute to and lead team initiatives, including training, onboarding, contests, and trade shows.

Coach, guide, and support field sales execution while maintaining accountability for results.

Build and strengthen relationships with construction and design professionals in the market.

Recruit, hire, and onboard top AE talent and supporting team members.

Respond well to feedback, shifting priorities, and growth‑stage change.

Will travel locally up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

2 to 5 or more years of outside sales experience required.

Field leadership experience required.

Strong background in territory‑based, in‑person sales.

Excellent communication, judgment, and coaching instincts.

Coachable, flexible, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment.

Organized, accountable, and able to lead with both strategy and follow‑through.

Demonstrated success in outside sales with strong follow‑through and account management.

Compensation And Benefits

Full‑time, W-2 Employment.

Compensation: This role offers an annual base salary plus variable pay based on business metrics and performance. This role has an annual starting salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 with On Target Earnings of $170,000 - $200,000.
