A leading educational publishing company is hiring a UX/UI Designer Level 2 to join their remote team. Our client specializes in developing engaging and accessible learning experiences and is looking for a talented designer to support their ongoing projects.

UX/UI Designer Level 2 Responsibilities
Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile educational solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into intuitive design concepts.
Contribute to the creation and enhancement of design systems, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
Present and articulate design strategies and solutions to stakeholders at various levels.
Foster awareness of user-centered design practices across the organization and support Agile development processes.
UX/UI Designer Level 2 Qualifications
Portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work with demonstrated process and collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in product development, UX design, or related fields.
Knowledge of usability principles, interface trends, and responsive design techniques.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, or Penpot.
Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and designing inclusively.
Experience working within Agile teams and understanding target user needs.
