This is not a traditional medical sales role. As a Territory Manager, you’ll have true ownership of your region, building long-term relationships with physicians and clinical partners, growing a sustainable book of business, and delivering clinically proven foot care solutions that make a measurable difference in patients’ lives. This role offers meaningful earning potential in an uncapped commission-driven structure, alongside the opportunity to build something lasting in your region. You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy and trust, with the opportunity to build and grow your territory in a fast-moving environment. This Territory Manager role is responsible for the
North Central region , covering: Missouri Oklahoma Kansas Iowa Nebraska The successful candidate must reside within this region and have reasonable access to a major airport. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license that meets company requirements are required. Travel is expected to be up to 75% within the territory. Compensation & Tools
This role is designed for an individual motivated by performance-based earnings, with uncapped commission providing the primary opportunity for income growth and total compensation tied directly to territory performance. Average On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000–$250,000+ Commission Structure: Uncapped, performance-based Support & Tools: Company-provided phone, laptop, and sales tools Responsibilities
Own and grow your territory by developing and executing a thoughtful strategy that balances new business development with long-term account relationships. Build a sustainable book of business by identifying opportunities, earning trust, and supporting clinical partners through a consultative sales approach. Establish strong partnerships with physicians, podiatrists, clinic staff, and DME providers by understanding their workflows, patient populations, and care goals. Present and support clinically proven, reimbursable foot care solutions backed by the market-leading Dr. Comfort brand. Manage your pipeline and territory activity with organization and follow-through, prioritizing opportunities that drive consistent growth. Educate and engage clinical partners through product training, in-office education, and demonstrations that support patient care and outcomes. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of five (5) years demonstrated sales success and a consistent record of exceeding quotas. Minimum three (3) years’ experience with pharmaceutical, medical devices, orthopedic, DME, labware, or lab tech sales. Proven track record of delivering 2X Revenue in at least one previous sales role. Proven ability to own and grow a territory or book of business in a performance-based environment. Comfortable working in a commission-driven role and managing a disciplined sales pipeline. Experience selling to healthcare providers (e.g., physicians, podiatrists, clinics, hospitals, or DME partners). Working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Klaviyo, etc.) and reimbursement- or coverage-based sales environments. Application Timeline and Details
