Account Executive – Overview
Reporting to the Executive Vice‑President, assigned to the Account Management team, matrixed to a Vice President of Account Services.
As the Account Executive with Moore’s Amergent agency division, you will help execute and oversee the production of direct marketing programs from conception to result analysis at the direction of the Vice President. This is best done by helping to manage the internal production process and maintaining solid internal client relationships. This person assumes responsibility for overseeing production schedules, for the seamless execution of campaigns within designated timelines.

This full‑time, salaried position is a hybrid role based in Peabody, MA. The successful candidate is required to work in the office 5 days per week during their first 90 days as part of the onboarding and training process.
Supervisory responsibilities: None.
Responsibilities
Execute day‑to‑day responsibilities to support the clients’ direct response fundraising programs.
Communicate regularly with clients, via writing, video conferencing, phone calls, email.
Develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external delivery groups in order to meet client needs.
Participate in annual planning, budgeting, and project meetings.
Develop and monitor internal production schedules to ensure that all timelines are met through use of Workfront.
Input and manage sales orders process through Netsuite.
Prepare creative strategies, review initial package graphics and copy and send to clients for review. Responsible for the traffic management of campaign components across the different teams at Moore within the specified timelines.
Coordinate with internal departments to manage the circulation, edits and approval of creative.
Review live imaging proofs and forward to client.
Complete project budgets and review invoices for accuracy.
Help prepare, update and monitor project plans and budgets to be sent to clients.
Create instructions for data management for mail file preparation.
Assist Account Director in preparing result reports for programs.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Undergraduate college degree preferred.
1‑3 years of either agency or client service experience is required.
Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of direct response analytics required.
2+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or related field (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of print production a plus.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, have good listening skills and a sense of direction.
Must be an energetic, self‑starter with the ability to interact well with clients and internal department managers.
Knowledge of project management software preferred.
