Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About Me / The Opportunity I work with startups to build and scale outbound go-to-market (GTM) engines. This role will be working directly with me on one of my client accounts, focused on driving pipeline and revenue through high-performance outbound activity.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound dialing to generate qualified leads

Engage prospects, identify interest, and book meetings for the sales team

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly pipeline generation targets

As you ramp, execute outbound email outreach in addition to call activity

Maintain accurate records of outreach and prospect interactionsConsistently refine your pitch, messaging, and outreach strategies

10–15 meetings booked per week

As you ramp: Cold emails in addition to call activity

Maintain a high level of consistency, discipline, and accountability in daily outreach

Requirements

Must have prior experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting

Must be comfortable cold calling and open to receiving and applying feedback

Strong work ethic and a competitive mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Coachable, adaptable, and eager to improve

Compensation

OTE: $85,000–$120,000

Commission: $100 for every qualified lead that you book and that shows up to the meeting

Earning Potential This role offers significant upside based on performance:

Booking 10 meetings per week equates to approximately $52,000 in annual commission on top of your base

Booking 15 meetings per week increases to approximately $78,000 in annual commission on top of your base

This brings the total earning potential into the range of $85,000–$120,000 annually
